We expect the client to:

1.  contact the assigned attorney within five days of receiving a letter from us to make an appointment.

2.  keep the appointment.

3.  review the client instruction sheet before they see the attorney.

4.  speak with the attorney only about the case we referred.

5.  provide all the information that attorney asks for in a timely fashion.

6.  cooperate with their attorney.

7.  understand that he or she cannot call the attorney constantly or expect immediate assistance.

8.  notify the attorney and VLP should their address, telephone number or financial status change.
