WORKING TOGETHER

Legal Aid of Western Ohio (LAWO) provides primary financial support for the VLP and prescreen most VLP clients for financial eligibility and case type.

The Dayton Bar Association is home for the VLP, providing office space, utilities and access to equipment and facilities.

The Greater Dayton Volunteer Lawyer's Project, Inc. refers eligible clients and provides batch clinics with firms and individual lawyers according to case type, lawyer case preference and lawyer availability.

Qualified lawyers and firms provide the volunteer force to help meet the need for civil legal services among the economically disadvantaged by registering with the VLP.

Members of the legal community participate in the operations and activities of the VLP in support of the projects mission.
